3. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised if project requirements change.
• Payment milestones and schedules will be defined in the project agreement.
• Late payments may result in paused work until the account is settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or access required to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

6. Warranties & Liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webpie-Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, APIs, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or fees imposed by those providers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
